Who is Melby?
At the age of 10, during my time in fourth grade, I had a pivotal moment that ignited my passion for creativity. Our class was conducting person of the week/show and tell presentations, and it was Josh's turn. Josh had brought in his mom's digital camera as part of his presentation, but it wasn't the camera itself that captivated me. It was when Josh displayed, on a tiny 2x2 inch screen, the stop motion masterpiece he had created using LEGO figures. I was utterly astonished.
That same night, I rushed home from school, retrieved my old Barbie dolls, borrowed my mom's digital camera, and embarked on creating my own stop motion masterpiece. This experience opened the door to my fascination with video editing and beyond. Since that moment, my life has never been the same.
To this day, I carry the same fire and passion that fueled me when I made my first stop motion video at the age of 10. I like to think that my 10-year-old self would be amazed at how far I have come, and as I continue to strive for excellence in my creative pursuits.

2. I'm a big sports girl. Grew up playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, dance, cheerleading, track and field and a few others.
3. I love to travel! The world is too beautiful not to.
